* src/itdb.h: changed 'gchar *chapterdata' to 'gpointer
chapterdata' with note that chapterdata is not yet supported.
* src/itdb_track.c (itdb_track_duplicate): arrange the strings in
the same order as in Itdb_Track for easier error-checking.
