* parse.cxx, parse.h (lexer::scan): Add $# and @# identifiers.
(eval_pp_conditional, scan_pp): Allow the use of $x and @x identifiers.
Produce more accurate error messages.
* stap.1.in: Document $# and @# identifiers.
