Wrap vma callbacks in STP_NEED_VMA_TRACKER.
Will be defined by new ucontext symbol stapset.
* tapset.cxx: Wrap all vma callbacks in STP_NEED_VMA_TRACKER.
* testsuite/systemtap.context/usymbols.exp: Define STP_NEED_VMA_TRACKER
explicitly for now.
