Improve handling of O_NONBLOCK and O_CLOEXEC.
* tapset/aux_syscalls.stp (_sys_pipe2_flag_str): Separate O_NONBLOCK and
O_CLOEXEC support.
(_sys_open_flag_str): Added O_CLOEXEC support.
