Add testcase for uprobe on shared library (PR9940).

* testsuite/systemtap.base/uprobes_exe.c: New file.
* testsuite/systemtap.base/uprobes_lib.c: New file.
* testsuite/systemtap.base/uprobes_lib.exp: New file.
* testsuite/systemtap.base/uprobes_lib.stp: New file.
