Share ppc64 and ppc32 code where possible
* runtime/copy.c: Can use ppc64's code.
* runtime/regs.h: Ditto.
* runtime/string.h: Ditto.
* tapset/context.stp: Ditto.
* tapset/errno.stp: Ditto.
