	* parse.cxx (parse_foreach_loop): Parse "+"/"-" suffix operators.

	* staptree.cxx (foreach_loop print, copy): Propagate them.
	* translate.cxx (visit_foreach_loop): Support them.
	* testsuite/parseok/fifteen.stp, parseko/thirteen.stp,
	buildok/twentyone.stp: Test them.
