ppc stack: transcribe portions of modern kernel ppc/.../asm/ptrace.h
* runtime/stack-ppc.c (__stp_stack_print): Define STACK_FRAME_LR_SAVE,
STACK_FRAME_REGS_MARKER,STACK_FRAME_MARKER, etc.
