* test-debug.tcl (cleanup): Remove print.
* README: Update.
* syscall.exp: Source test.tcl and call run_one_test()
from there.
* test.tcl: Rewrite as a function. Do compilation
as well as testing. Compile into and execute in
a directory in /tmp.
