More bulkmode support.

* transport/ring_buffer.c (_stp_data_open_trace): Passes the
inode's private data into the file's private data.
(_stp_trace_seq_to_user): Deleted unused function.
(trace_seq_reset): Ditto.
(__stp_find_next_entry): Renamed and added bulkmode support.
(_stp_find_next_entry): Updated call.
(_stp_data_read_trace): Updated call.
