* stap.1: More meat, all stub sections filled.
* elaborate.cxx (visit_assignment): Add numerous missing cases.
* parse.cxx: Parse ".=" operator.
* testsuite/semok/sixteen.stp: Check them.
* main.cxx (usage): Don't show incompletely supported options.
