Improve static probe: c++ navigation, -l output.
* tapsets.cxx (dwflpp::build): Improve c+ method navigation.
Use .label for listing mode.
* systemtap.base/static_uprobes.exp: Test multiple invocations of the same
probe per block. (SW9770)
