* configure.ac (elfutils build): Pass --prefix and --exec-prefix
options to elfutils configure.
(elfutils_abs_srcdir): New substituted variable.
* Makefile.am (DISTCHECK_CONFIGURE_FLAGS): New variable.
* configure, config.in, Makefile.in: Regenerated.
