show the status of stap processes in the process window
Also, the "kill" button now works.
* grapher/StapParser.hxx (_ioConnection, _errIoConnection): new
members for sigc connections.
(initIo): New function

* grapher/StapParser.cxx (ioCallback): disconnect signals when child
dies
