PR6954: make ++/-- operation trigger automatic global printing
* staptree.cxx (varuse_collecting_visitor::visit_arrayindex):
Regard operations as pure writes.
* testsuite/systemtap.base/global_end.exp: Add test case.
* testsuite/systemtap.base/global_end.stp: Ditto.
