Add -Werror to tracequery build
The final module build uses -Werror, so tracequery should as well to
catch problems as early as possible. Some ext4 errors have crept in
again (PR10703).
* buildrun.cxx (make_tracequery): Add -Werror to EXTRA_CFLAGS.
