Many changes throughout. Partial sketch of translation output.
* elaborate.*: Elaboration pass.
* translate.*: Translation pass.
* staptree.*: Simplified for visitor concept.
* main.cxx: Translator mainline.
* *test.cxx: Removed.
* testsuite/*: Some new tests, some changed for newer syntax.
