* Makefile.am (stpd): Install in $pkglibdir.
(runtime): Copy to $pkgdatadir.
* configure.ac: Pass along pkgdatadir and pkglibdir.
* main.cxx: Default runtime_path from pkgdatadir.
* buildrun.cxx (run_pass): Correct stpd directory.
* Makefile.in, configure, config.in: Regenerated.
