Normalize Breno Leitao's name without an accent
Per Breno's guidance, I'm removing the accent from the 'a' in Leitao.
We can normalize it either way -- I just want it to be consistent.
This only has an effect on git shortlog and git blame, but we do use
shortlog in our AUTHORS queries.
