context.exp test improvements.

* testsuite/systemtap.context/args.tcl: Increased timeout.  If tests do
  timeout, fail (instead of silently failing).
* testsuite/systemtap.context/num_args.tcl: Ditto.
* testsuite/systemtap.context/backtrace.tcl: Increase timeout.
* testsuite/systemtap.context/pid.tcl: Ditto.
