Redis-based matchmaker
Introduces a reference implementation
of a matchmaker (based on redis) that
supports dynamic host/topic registrations,
host expiration, and hooks for consuming
applications to acknowledge or neg-acknowledge
topic.host service availability.
Implements blueprint advanced-matchmaking
