Added Cygwin/Windows compilation support.
Now: just:
./autogen --hots=i686-pc-mingw32
make
make dll
make install dll
Of course you will need to install the dependencies libraries in /usr/local in
order to compile.
And next the DLL in Windows %SYSTEM% directory.
