XML: remove all useless instance_init functions

 * Use Coccinelle semantic patch tool (http://coccinelle.lip6.fr/) to
   remove useless instance_init functions, the first patch applied was:

   It removes useless initialization to 0 (GObject already zeroes
   allocated objects).
