WS XML: change signature of lasso_wsa_attributed_uri_new_with_string, add mappings
* wsa_attributed_uri.c:
- constify first argument of
lasso_wsa_attributed_uri_new_with_string.
- add add direct mappings from wsa:Action,wsa:To to
LassoWsAddrAttributedURI and from wsa:From,wsa:ReplyTo,wsa:FaultTo
to LassoWsAddrEndpointReference
