ID-FF 1.2: Add trace in dispose for LassoProfile
* lasso/id-ff/profile.c: add tracing code activaged by
LASSO_FLAG=memory-debug to print release of field values.
Complement the existing code in generic deallocation procedure in
LassoNode.
