XML: Add any attribute parsing to Saml2AttributeValue
* xml/saml-2.0/saml2_attribute_value.h:
add new public field GHashTable *attributes;
* xml/saml-2.0/saml2_attribute_value.c:
add parsing instructions to populate attributes field.
