Makefile: missing dependencies for built sources
* lasso/Makefile.am:
remove .PHONY declaration on built sources and set appropriate
dependencies.
* lasso/extract_types.py: with new dependencies well defined in
Makefile no need to verify change in the content of the file, just
overwrite it.
