[Core] dump custom signature parameters in lasso dumps
The signature parameters are serialized as global attributes from the
http://lasso.entrouvert.org/lasso/namespaces/0.0 named:
SignatureType
SignatureMethod
PrivateKey
PrivateKeyPassword
Certificate
