* k5-int.h: Move prototypes for krb5 only internal functions
krb5_libdefault_boolean, _krb5_use_dns_realm, _krb5_use_dns_kdc,
_krb5_conf_boolean to the header files in the lib/krb5/{os,krb}
directories.
