f_data.c: Fixed comment

f_unparse.c: Implements krb5_free_unparsed_name
	krb5_free_unparsed_name(krb5_context, char FAR *) frees the string
	allocated by krb5_unparse_name
Makefile.in: Compile f_unparse.c
