Looks like the current Red Hat gcc on Athena emits duplicates and "./foo.h",
neither of which we've properly addressed before.
* depfix.pl (uniquify): New subroutine.
(do_subs_2): Use it.
(do_subs): Fix substitution pattern for " ./".
