Currently logger.c is built as part of the KDC, and also built into
and exported from libkadm5srv, which the KDC links against. Stop
doing that.
* Makefile.in (logger.c, logger.o, $(OUTPRE)logger.$(OBJEXT)): Targets deleted.
(SRCS, OBJS, clean): Drop references to them.
