Document User Interface Callbacks
Fix a race condition when performing renewal actions
triggered by command line parameters.
When importing credentials, kickoff a renewal after
the credentials after the API: ccache is created.
Another fix for identity expiration states. This one
fixes the behavior of the system tray icon.
