implement symbol export restrictions for Solaris
* lib.in (solaris.versions): New target. Currently no version id, just a
symbol list.
* libnover.in (solaris.versions): New target.
(clean-libs): Delete it.
* shlib.conf (*-*-solaris*): Use solaris.versions as map file.
(clean-libs): Delete it.
