* krlogin.c
Cleaned up some of the includes

* logutil.c
* login.c
Revamped the utmp/wtmp handling routines
* Makefile.in
Fixed the "krlogin" program define for "krsh"
* configure.in
Changed the HAVE_STREAMS macro to not try <sys/tty.h>
Corrected the text for the setpgrp arguments check
