* aclocal.m4 (CHECK_STDARG): Remove; we're just using AC_HEADER_CHECK.
(V5_AC_OUTPUT_MAKEFILE): Reorder the Makefile output so that it can be
run through `sed' for the Macintosh.
* acconfig.h: Remove STDARG_PROTOTYPES.
