* rd_req.c (krb_rd_req): Call life_to_fime()
* g_tkt_svc.c (CredIsExpired): Call life_to_time().
* lifetime.c: Add comments for lifetimes[]. Add provisions for
compile-time switching of short lifetimes. Fix sign bug in
time_to_life().
