Fix pointer cast in cc_seq_fetch_NCs_end
cc_seq_fetch_NCs_end incorrectly casts from CCAPI v2 to CCAPI v3 types.
Cleaned up cc_seq_fetch_creds_end at the same time (it was correct but
difficult to read).
