* authorization.c (find_first_cmd_that_exists): Change xmalloc()
to xcalloc() where was intented in code (two arguments to
xmalloc).
* ksu.h: Provide full prototypes for xmalloc(), xrealloc(),
xcalloc(), and xstrdup().
