ipaldap: merge simple_bind into LDAPClient
* Use LDAPClient.simple_bind instead of extra call to IPAdmin.do_simple_bind
* Rename binddn to bind_dn
* Rename bindpw to bind_password
* Explicitly specify bind_dn in all calls
