ipautil: remove SHARE_DIR and PLUGIN_SHARE_DIR
SHARE_DIR and PLUGIN_SHARE_DIR depend on ipaplatform.
Replace all uses of SHARE_DIR with paths.USR_SHARE_IPA_DIR and remove
both SHARE_DIR and PLUGIN_SHARE_DIR.
