verified the default settings for all documented parameters.

The following parameters from SAMBA_2_2 are not currently documented:

and the following parameters have apparently been removed from the
source tree (well I've only come to this conclusion from the output
of testparm...needs to be verified in the source).

	alternate permissions = No (removed)
	max packet = 65535 (removed)
	ole locking compatibility (removed)
	shared mem size (removed)
