Removed lp_killunused() call from server main loop. This
WAS A MAJOR BUG THAT CAN CAUSE IPC$ to be removed !!!!!
Not sure how this one got introduced (but I have my
suspicions :-). lp_killunused() MUST ONLY BE CALLED from
reload_services().
