Removed libsmbclient.so major and minor version parameters to installlibsmbclient.
Note: The effect of having this meant that libsmbclient.so.0.1 was being rebuilt
EVERY time make was run. If versioning is important in the Makefile.in then
we need to integrate this differently. For now: Providing the needed link is the
responsibility of the person doing the installation.
