Jeremy, would you take a look at this one?
Very simple: When we only have IP addresses (or special
keywords) in hosts allow/deny, there is no need to perform
gethostbyadr() calls for matching. This patch avoids these
for IP address only lists and the special keywords "ALL", "FAIL",
and "EXCEPT"
