correct fix for getting the NT/@k client to downgrade to lanman
style printing. Need to set the errocode to ERRbuftoosmall
if lp_lanman_printing_only() and the max data return count == 0.
tested against WInNT 4.0 Sp6a, Win2k [no sp|sp1|sp2]
