merged passdb code from HEAD. This includes the tdbsam code.
I have tested this with:
* smbclient
* rpcclient
* Win98 logons and share connections
* WinNT 4 joining domain using 'smbpasswd -a -m <machine>'
* logging onto a domain from WinNT4 SP6a client and
Win2k SP2 client
Things that I know I broke:
* joining a domain from a Windows 2000 client
Things that are untested:
* no tests under insure yet
* password changes from Windows clients
* joining a domain with the root account under
WinNT4
