Mac OS X: Disable null vmchannel implementation.
As far as I can tell, Darwin has no way to check the peer euid
of a _loopback_ TCP socket. This is required for the "null vmchannel"
implementation to work securely.
Therefore disable this - Darwin will use one of the other supported
vmchannel implementations instead.
