tests: modprobe fat instead of ext2 module.
On RHEL 5, ext2 is compiled into the kernel, so trying to modprobe
it will fail. I've checked that fat.ko is always a module on the
platforms we care about (RHEL 5, Fedora 11, Debian), so use that
to test instead.
