configure: Fix summary messages.
The following 3 summary messages in the configure output
always displayed "yes" even if they were not actually
enabled.
Haskell bindings .................... yes
virt-inspector ...................... yes
virt-* tools ........................ yes
Fixed by correcting the code that tests if the automake
conditional is set.
